Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ShipRadar by IG PPC (“ShipRadar”, “we”, “us”), including the web app and any related services. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or agency, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

ShipRadar monitors the delivery promise Amazon publicly displays for products in selected US zip codes, benchmarks it against competitor products, and reports the results. The Service is an internal analytics tool; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc.

We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that scanned data is complete, current, or error-free. Delivery promises change constantly and scans reflect a snapshot at a point in time.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to infringe anyone's rights, violate applicable law, or misrepresent data from the Service.
• Share your account credentials, resell access to the Service, or use it to provide competing scraping services.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, probe its infrastructure, or circumvent usage limits or access controls.
• Upload malicious content or interfere with other users' accounts.

Some features may require a paid plan. Plan pricing, credits, and billing terms are presented before you purchase and are payable in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing prospectively with reasonable notice.

You retain all rights to the product data you enter. You grant us a limited license to process it (run scans, store results) solely to operate the Service for you. The Service, its software, and its design remain the property of ShipRadar by IG PPC.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes, but scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or technical issues can cause interruptions without notice.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipRadar's total liability arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create legal or security risk to us or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ShipRadar by IG PPC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
