Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how ShipRadar by IG PPC (“ShipRadar”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our delivery-intelligence platform at shipradar.app (the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information we collect

We collect only what the Service needs to run:

  • Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
  • Product data you enter: the ASINs you scan or track, and any competitor ASINs you compare against.
  • Usage data: scans you run, snapshots taken, and alerts you configure.
  • Security events: sign-ins, two-factor verification, and account changes, kept in an audit log.

How we use your information

We use your information to operate the Service: running your coverage scans, storing your results and snapshot history, sending the alerts you configure, verifying your identity at sign-in, and keeping the Service secure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your scanned ASIN data with other users. Every user's data is isolated and visible only to that account (and to our administrators for support and abuse prevention).

Data you do not give us

We never ask for, and never store, your Amazon account credentials. All Amazon delivery-promise data is collected from publicly available pages without logging into any Amazon account.

Emails we send

We send transactional emails only: verification codes, password resets, two-factor codes, security notices, and the delivery alerts you explicitly enable. You can turn alert emails off at any time from your tracked ASIN settings.

Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your scans, tracked ASINs, snapshots, and personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, strict per-account access isolation, and email-based two-factor authentication. We log security-relevant events to detect and investigate unauthorized access.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by contacting us through the Support section of the app. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after that date means you accept the updated policy.
